ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT TERMS
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and BC Northern Lights Inc. ("BC Northern Lights "). By accessing, browsing and/or using this web shop ("Shop"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Shop. The material provided on this Shop is protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States Copyright Law and international treaties. This Shop is controlled and operated by BC Northern Lights from its offices within Canada. BC Northern Lights makes no representation that materials in the Shop are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Shop from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

MISPRINTS AND ERRORS ON OUR SHOP
We endeavor to provide current and accurate information on our webshop. Nevertheless, errors and misprints may occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for goods or services for which the price was incorrectly displayed or where we otherwise displayed erroneous or inaccurate information. BC Northern Lights reserves this right at any stage of the online ordering processing, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is cancelled and your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. To provide you with a credit, where applicable, is our only obligation to you. BC Northern Lights is not obligated to sell products or services based on errors or misprints on our website.

The trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Trademarks") used and displayed on this Shop are registered and unregistered Trademarks of BC Northern Lights and others.
