RETURN POLICY:
Once your BC Northern Lights product has been delivered, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding a refund. Any product returns that are authorized by BC Northern Lights will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If there is an issue with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. BC Northern Lights will not reimburse shipping or return fees.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
All returns must include a tracking number. Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (support@bcnorthernlights.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return.
